Human resource management (HRM) plays a pivotal role in organizational success by overseeing invaluable assets - employees. HRM encompasses diverse responsibilities including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and compensation management. Effective HRM enhances work efficiency, product/service quality, and employee satisfaction, crucial for longterm organizational commitment. In the digital age, organizations undergo digital transformation, where artificial intelligence (AI) emerges as a revolutionary tool. AI’s cognitive capabilities promise to revolutionize HRM, offering efficiency and productivity enhancements. This study explores AI’s role in HRM, focusing on e-recruitment and its impact on candidate selection and classification. Through detailed examination, it aims to elucidate AI’s contributions to HRM, offering insights into its functions, classifications, and integration challenges. The study presents a comprehensive analysis organized into four chapters, delving into HRM principles, AI integration in e-recruitment, proposed AI-enabled recruitment approaches, and practical implementation considerations. Each chapter provides empirical research and case studies, facilitating a thorough understanding and effective AI implementation in recruitment processes.
