| dc.description.abstract | ملخص : يعتبر موضوع المسؤولية الطبية من المواضيع المهمة من الناحية العملية و على مستوى المنظومة القانونية ، خصوصا اساسها و ركنها الاساسي و هو الخطا الطبي ، بالاضافة الى الضرر الطبي و اهميته في اطار قواعد المسؤولية ، و ذلك بهدف وضع اسس واضحة لقواعد المسؤولية الطبية الطبية Medical liability is one of the important subjects at the level of practical life and legal aspects; especially when talking about medical malpractice and its importance in the context of medical liability; as well as damage which is also more important in the same context; all this to underline the great development of medical liability and shed light on the provisions of the different applications of medical malpractice. | |
