| dc.description.abstract | تعتبر الرسوم والنماذج الصناعية عناصر حاسمة في الملكية الصناعية. ولذلك اهتم المشرع الجزائري بتنظيمها من خلال قانون خاص وهو القانون 66-86. يحدد هذا القانون الشروط الموضوعية والشكلية اللازمة لضمان الحماية القانونية المدنية والجنائية للرسوم والنماذج الصناعية. كما حصلت الرسوم والنماذج الصناعية على الحماية الدولية من خلال توقيع العديد من الاتفاقيات أهمها اتفاقية باريس. The fees and industrial designs are considered crucial elements of industrial property. Therefore, the Algerian legislator paid attention to regulating them through a specific law, which is Law 66-86. This law establishes the objective and formal conditions required to ensure the civil and criminal legal protection of fees and industrial designs.
