| dc.description.abstract | يعتبر المقترح الذي جاءت به الدراسة من آليات تطوير قطاع السياحة في الجزائر بإشراك الدولة للقطاع الخاص في ا، فتمنح الدولة لبعض الشركات الخاصة حق الامتياز أو الاستغلال القائم على أحد العقود الشرعية: الاستصناع أو إدار المشاركة أو الإجارة أو المضاربة لفترات طويلة محددة، وحتى تطور هذه الشركات المرافق السياحة التي منحت لها أو تقوم ا تقوم بتصكيك هذا الحق وعرضه للاكتتاب لجمع الأموال التي يحتاجها هذا المشروع بعد بإنشاء مرافق أخرى أو إدار بناء التصور عنه. The suggestion which the study came with it expresses about development of mechanismofsector tourist in Algeria ,particulary with the country of private sector in its administration , so country gives to some private communities the right of privilege or take avantage which existing to one of necklace law consultation or sharing ,leasing to a long specific periodes, until developement of these communities , the touristic places which gave to her , or of thawing this right and show it for writing in order to assemble money which needed this project after building an imagination about it. | |
