| dc.description.abstract | عرفت الطفولة مخاطر جسيمة هددت أمنها وسلامتها ولعل أخطرها هو جريمة النقل القسري للأطفال، التي تعتبر إحدى صور الإبادة الجماعية والتي طالت البراءة في مختف الدول، وأدت إلى الإخلال بالنظام والسلم العالمي، ونظرا للانتشار السريع لهذه الجريمة يظهر دور المحكمة الجنائية الدولية الدائمة في محاربة وقمع هذه الجريمة من خلال إقرار المسؤولية الجنائية الفردية لمرتكبيها وتوقيع أقصى العقوبات.
