Abstract
وتعتبر الغابة وتنميتها المستدامة من المواضيع التي حظيت باهتمام كبير نظراً لأهمية الثروات الطبيعية باعتبارها القلب النابض للأرض. ولذلك يجب حمايتها من أي انتهاك سواء كان بسبب عوامل طبيعية أو بشرية مقصودة أو غير مقصودة. كما سعى التشريع الجزائري إلى توفير الحماية القانونية للثروة الغابوية من خلال التشريعات القانونية مثل قانون الغابات 84-12 وقانون البيئة03-10 وقانون القلم 66-156 الذي جرم كل سلوكيات التعدي.
The forest and its sustainable development are among the topics that have attracted great attention due to the importance of natural wealth as it is considered the beating heart of the Earth. Therefore, it must be protected from any violation, whether due to natural or human factors intended or unintended. Algerian legislation has also endeavored to provide legal protection to forest wealth through legal enactments such as the 84-12 Forest Act, the Environment03-10 Act and the PenCode66-156 which criminalized all infringement behaviors
