| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على موضوع حساس ذو أهمية خاصة بالنسبة للدول النامية، حيث يقف القطاع الزراعي والسياسة الزراعية والغذائية وراء تأسيس حركة لتحقيق الأمن الغذائي لشعوبها، الأمر الذي يدفعنا إلى محاولة تسليط الضوء على واقع الأمن الغذائي في الجزائر، حيث أن دراسة وتحليل هذا الواقع بمختلف جوانبه سيساعد في إيجاد حلول واقعية ومحاولة السيطرة على المشاكل الناجمة عن الفشل في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي، وتحديد أهم التهديدات خاصة الجديدة منها التي تقوض هذا الأمن، خاصة في الفترة الأخيرة وضرورة تبني أسس سليمة ووضع سياسات استراتيجية دقيقة ومحددة وقاطعة، ووضع أهداف واقعية وقاطعة تساعد على تحسين الإنتاجية الغذائية والمساهمة في تعزيز وتطوير الإنتاج الزراعي.This study aims to shed light on a sensitive topic of particular importance to developing countries, where the agricultural sector and agricultural and food policy stand behind the establishment of a movement to achieve food security for their people, which prompts us to try to shed light on the reality of food security in Algeria, as studying and analyzing this reality in its various aspects will help in finding realistic solutions and trying to control the problems resulting from the failure to achieve food security, and identifying the most important threats, especially the new ones that undermine this security, especially in the recent period, and the necessity of adopting sound foundations and setting precise, specific and decisive strategic policies, and setting realistic and decisive goals that help improve food productivity and contribute to enhancing and developing agricultural production. | |
