| dc.description.abstract | تحتل ظاهرة الفقر مكانة بالغة في سلم اهتمامات الاقتصاديين في مختلف دول العالم لتعدد أبعادها اقتصاديا واجتماعيا وصحيا وبيئيا ...الخ ، لذلك تعددت المفاهيم وتنوعت ، إضافة إلى ذلك اختلاف الفقراء أنفسهم والنظر إليهم من دولة إلى أخرى ، فهناك غني في دولة ما وذو مكانة اجتماعية فقير في دولة أخرى وهكذا ، إلا أن السمة المشتركة هي الانعكاسات السلبية التي تمس جميع المجالات تتعدى حتى الدول الأخرى ، ومن بين هذه الدول نجد الجزائر أين أدى بالمختصين إلى دق ناقوس الخطر فيها والسعي لوضع برامج ومخططات لمحاربة هذه الظاهرة . لذلك نسعى من خلال هذا البحث إلى عرض سمات وخصائص ظاهرة الفقر في الجزائر ومفاهيمها وأسبابها ومظاهرها في الجزائر بتقديم أرقام فيما يخص الظاهرة واقتراح بعض الحلول للتخفيف منها. The phenomenon of poverty has a great place in the ladder of economists' concerns in different countries of the world because of its multidimensional economic, social, health, environment, etc., so the concepts are varied. In addition, there is a variation in poor people themselves from a country to another, there are rich people in a particular country and poor social class in another, but the common feature is the negative repercussions that affect all areas beyond even other countries, among them we find Algeria where led specialists to Declaration the danger of poverty and seek to put and develop programs and plans to fight this phenomenon. Therefore, we seek through this research to show the characteristics and characteristics of the phenomenon of poverty in Algeria and its concepts, causes and manifestations in Algeria by providing figures regarding the phenomenon and suggest some solutions to alleviate them. | |
