Abstract
يهدف هذا المقال دراسة موضوع حق رئيس الدولة سواء أكان ملك أم رئيسا للجمهورية في حل البرلمان دراسة مقارنة في بعض الدساتير العربية ،فيهتم ببيان هذا الحق و أنواعه و الضمانات المقررة لمنع إساءة استخدامه باعتباره السلاح المقابل لحق البرلمان في إسقاط الحكومة ،و منه الوقوف إلى ما يقتضيه سلاح حل البرلمان و فعاليته في بعض الدساتير الملكية و الجمهورية أيضا ضمانات لعدم التعسف في اللجوء إليه.
