Abstract
يعد موضوع المسؤولية الاجتماعية للمقاولة من الموضوعات الأساسية، إذ أضحت القضايا الاجتماعية والبيئية تشكل أهمية كبيرة في الآونة الأخيرة نظرا للأدوار التنموية التي تضطلع بها ومن أجل أن تزيد هذه الأخيرة من إمكانياتها وفرص نجاحها في المجتمع فهي بحاجة لتفعيل برامج ذات تأثير اجتماعي وتنموي مستدام. وعليه هدفت هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إلقاء الضوء على استراتيجيات وآليات تطوير المسؤولية الاجتماعية وانعكاس ذلك على التنمية المستدامة. ومن أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها في هذا البحث ضرورة صياغة إستراتيجية متكاملة للتنمية المستدامة وتبني برامج المسؤولية الاجتماعية واعتبارها نشاطا رئيسيا من أنشطة المقاولة.
The issue of corporate social responsibility is one of the basic topics, as social and environmental issues have become of great importance recently due to the developmental roles it plays. In order for the latter to increase its capabilities and chances of success in society, it needs to activate programs with a sustainable social and development impact. Accordingly, this research paper aimed to shed light on strategies and mechanisms for developing social responsibility and its impact on sustainable development. One of the most important results reached in this research is the necessity of formulating an integrated strategy for sustainable development and adopting social responsibility programs and considering it as a major entrepreneurship activity.
