| dc.description.abstract | الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور الابتكار البيئي في التوجه نحو الاقتصاد الأخضر، إذ يعتبر الابتكار البيئي أداة لحماية البيئة من خلال تطوير منتجات صديقة للبيئة والاستخدام الأمثل للموارد، حيث أن هناك اهتمام عالمي كبير بهذه الابتكارات والتي تسعى العديد من الدول وخاصة هولندا إلى اعتمادها والاستفادة منها قدر الإمكان. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن الابتكار البيئي يساعد في الانتقال إلى الاقتصاد الأخضر فهو يعتبر كآلية للتحول نحو اقتصاد منخفض الكربون و هولندا بفضل اعتمادها على هذه الابتكارات استطاعت أن تتوجه نحو اقتصاد أخضر. الكلمات المفتاحية: ابتكاربيئي؛ اقتصاد أخضر ؛ منتجات صديقة للبيئة؛ اقتصاد منخفض الكربون؛ تجربة هولندا. Abstract : The aim of this study is to understand the role of environmental innovation in the direction of the green economy.Environmental innovation is an environmental protection tool through the development of environmentally friendly products and the optimal use of resources.There is a great global interest in these innovations, which many countries, especially the Netherlands adopt and utilize them, As much as possible. The study concluded that environmental innovation helped move to a green economy and wasseen as a mechanism for the transition to a low- carbon economy. The Netherlands, by relying on these innovations, was able to move to wards a green economy.
