dc.description.abstractتعتبر الجرائم الإلكترونية من أخطر الظواهر الإجرامية الناشئة التي يعيشها العالم والمجتمع الجزائري على وجه الخصوص، والتي من شأنها الإضرار بأفراد وجماعات معينة وبأمن الدولة. وقد تدخل المشرع الجزائري لتقييد هذه الإجراءات بما يعزز الحرية الفردية للأفراد، فتدخل من خلال عدة نصوص قانونية موضوعية وإجرائية لمعالجة الانحراف وجريمة المعلومات. وكذلك من خلال اللجوء إلى إنشاء أنظمة متخصصة يمكنها التعامل مع هذا النوع من الانحرافCybercrime is one of the most dangerous emerging criminal phenomena experienced by the world and Algerian society in particular, which would harm certain individuals, groups and the security of the State. The Algerian legislator has intervened to restrict these procedures in a way that strengthens the individual freedom of individuals, interfering through several substantive and procedural legal texts to deal with delinquency and information crime. , as well as by resorting to the establishment of specialized systems that can deal with this type of delinquency
