Abstract
الملخص :
هدفت الدراسة الى توضيح دور الاستثمار الاجنبي المباشر في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية لمجمع صيدال ,باعتبار الاستثمارات الاجنبية تتميز بقدر من الاهمية للمؤسسات الاقتصادية , حيث تعمل على ايجاد بيئة تنافسية خصبة لتحقيق كفاءة تخصيص الموارد و استخدامها , تشجيع الابداع و الابتكار , نقل التكنولوجيا او التقنية الحديثة , اسهامها في تراكم راس المال , مصدر لرفع كفاءة راس المال البشري مع زيادة قدرتها الادارية مما يؤدي الى تحسين الانتاجية و تعزيزها , الارتقاء بنوعية المنتجات المقدمة وهذه المميزات لها دور فعال في خلق الميزة التنافسية لهذه المؤسسات .
ولتحقيق اهداف الدراسة قمنا بتصميم استمارة لجمع المعلومات من عينة الدراسة المكونة من 273 موظفا , وفي ضوء ذلك جرى جمع و تحليل البيانات و اختيار الفرضيات باستخدام الحزمة الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي و التحليلي لتحليل نتائج الدراسة و العلاقات بين متغيراتها اما عن الاساليب الاحصائية فقد تم استخدام كل من المتوسط الحسابي و الانحراف المعياري , كما تم الاعتماد على معامل الارتباط بيرمان و معامل الارتباط بيرسون لاختبار الفرضيات .
وقد توصلت الدراسة الى نتائج اقرت بوجود علاقة ارتباطية قوية جدا مع علاقات تاثير و متعددة بين عناصر المتغيرالمستقل الاستثمار الاحنبي المباشر و المتغير التابع وهو الميزة التنافسية للمؤسسة محل الدراسة , كما اظهرت نتائج الدراسة التطبيقية انه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى معنوية 5بالمئة بين استجابات المبحوثين حول دور الاستثمار الاجنبي المباشر في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية للمؤسسة محل الدراسة تعزى للمتغيرات الوظيفية و الشخصية .
كما اوصت الدراسة بضرورة اهتمام الدولة الجزائرية لموضوع تنافسية الاقتصاد بصفة عامة و المؤسسات الاقتصادية بصفة خاصة , من خلال تحسين مناخ الاستثمار للسماح للقطاع الخاص و الاجنبي ان يلعبا دورهما المحوري و الاستثمار في اقتصاد منتج للثروة بعيدا عن القطاعات الريعية و ذلك لتحويل المزايا النسبية التي تتمتع بها الجزائر و مؤسساتها الى مزايا تنافسية سواء على المستوى المحلي او الدولي.
Abstract :
This study aimsat demonstrating the role of foreign directinvestment in realizing the competitive featureof Saidal complex.Given that foreign investments are distinguished by a crucial importancefor economic institutions, they work to create a fertile competitive environment to achieve efficient allocation and use of resources. These investments encourage creativity and innovation andalso transfer technology or modern technology; their contribution to Capital accumulation is a source of raising the efficiency of human capital while increasing its administrative capacity. This leads to improving and enhancing productivity and raising the quality of the products provided.These characteristics have an effective role in creating the competitive feature of these institutions.
In order to achieve the objectives of this study, we designed a form to collect information from the study sample consisting of (273) employees. In light of this, data was collected and analyzed and hypotheses were tested using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The descriptive and analytical approaches were used to analyze the results of this study and to examine the relationships between its variables. Regarding the statistical methods, this study utilized both the arithmetic mean and the standard deviation; in addition to the use of the Spearman correlation coefficient, t-test and Pearson correlation coefficient to test the hypotheses.
This study concludes that it exists a very strong correlation with influential and multiplerelationships between the elements of the independent variable: foreign direct investment (technology transfer, improving the level of administrative and organizational efficiency, and developing human resources) and the dependent variable, which is the competitive feature of the institution under study. As the results of the practical study showed, there are no statistically significant differences at the level of 5% significance between participants’ responses about the role of foreign direct investment in achieving the competitive feature of the institution under study due to the functional and personal variables.
This study also recommends that the Algerian state needs to pay attention to the issue of competitiveness of the economy in general and economic institutions in particular.It manifests through improving the investment environment to allow the private and foreign sectors to play their pivotal roleand investing in a wealth-producing economy away from the rentier sectors in order to transform the relative advantages enjoyed by Algeria and its institutions to competitive advantages, whether at the local/national or international level.
