Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة للوقوف على تأثير برامج النظام الأوروبي التعليمية على تطوير مهارات الكوادر البشرية بالجامعية الجزائرية و تكوينها تكوينا جيدا ، و للإلمام بالموضوع تم الاعتماد على الملاحظة و توزيع استمارة الاستبيان بتحديد عينة مكونة من 40 عضو و لتحليل البيانات تم استخدام برنامج spss وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن برامج النظام الأوروبي التعليمية تساهم في الارتقاء بخدمات المؤسسات التعليمية في ظل الحراك الأكاديمي و التبادل الطلابي. This study aimed to determine the impact of the European system educational programs on the development of the skills of the human resources in the Algerian university and its good composition, and to know the subject was relied on observation and distribution of the questionnaire form by identifying a sample of 40 members and for analysis of the data was Using the spss program, the study found that the European system's educational programs contribute to the advancement of the services of educational institutions in the context of academic mobility and student exchange.
