Abstract
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور الاقتصاد الإسلامي في تحقيق الأمن الاقتصادي من خلال العدالة التوزيعية والتشجيع على الكسب الحلال والعمل ودوره في الاستقرار وأمن المجتمع كما تساهم الضوابط الإسلامية في فقه المعاملات المالية والمتمثلة في الأسس العقائدية كالاعتدال والإتقان والإحسان وتفعيل نظام الزكاة ونظام الوقف وإدارة الاقتصاد بدون ربا في الاستقرار الاقتصادي. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أنّ الاقتصاد الإسلامي يشتمل على ضوابط ذاتية آمنة، تتمثل في القيم الإسلامية المتميزة في المجال الاقتصادي، كالاعتدال، وإعادة التوزيع والعدالة والإحسان، والمساواة، والزكاة، والوقف، والتي تساهم في تحقيق الأمن الاقتصادي من خلال إزالة الآثار السلبية التي يمكن أن تنجم عن اختلاف مصالح الناس، وتفاوتهم في القدرات والمستوى المعيشي.
This study aims to highlight the role of Islamic economics in achieving economic
security through distributive justice and encouragement for halal earnings and work
and its role in stability and community security. Islamic controls also contribute to
the jurisprudence of financial transactions, represented in the doctrinal foundations
such as moderation, perfection, benevolence, activating the zakat system, the
endowment system, and managing the economy without interest In economic
stability.The study concluded that Islamic economics includes secure self-controls,
represented in the distinct Islamic values in the economic field, such as moderation,
redistribution, justice, charity, equality, zakat and endowment. Which contributes to
achieving economic security by removing the negative effects that can result from
different people's interests, and their disparity in capabilities and standard of living
