| dc.description.abstract | تعمل الدولة على حماية حقوق الأفراد وحرياتهم في المجتمع، وذلك من خلال مؤسسات تُعنى بالحفاظ على النظام والأمن. وعادةً ما تتمتع هذه المؤسسات بصلاحيات تُسمى "الشرطة القضائية". وتتمثل مهمتها في البحث عن الجرائم، وكشف مرتكبيها، وجمع المعلومات المهمة اللازمة لبدء التحقيق. ويُطلق على الأشخاص المُخوَّلين بهذه الصلاحية اسم "ضباط الشرطة القضائية". ومع التغييرات القانونية والتنظيمية الأخيرة في مجال الأمن، أصبح من الضروري دراسة ما يُسمح لهؤلاء الضباط بفعله. فهذا يُساعدنا على فهم مدى التزام عملهم بالقانون، كما يُساعدنا على تقييم مدى أدائهم لمهامهم. وتُعدّ دراسة هذا الموضوع بالغة الأهمية، إذ تُسهم في تحسين العمل الجماعي بين جميع الأجهزة الأمنية، وتُحسّن أداء الشرطة، بما يتماشى مع التطورات القانونية الجديدة.The state works to protect the rights and freedoms of individuals in society through institutions concerned with maintaining order and security. These institutions typically have powers called "judicial police." Their mission is to investigate crimes, identify perpetrators, and gather important information necessary to initiate investigations. Those empowered with this authority are called "judicial police officers." With recent legal and regulatory changes in the field of security, it has become necessary to examine what these officers are permitted to do. This helps us understand the extent to which their work complies with the law and helps us evaluate the extent to which they perform their duties. Studying this topic is crucial, as it contributes to improving teamwork among all security agencies and enhancing police performance in line with new legal developments. | |
