Abstract
تناولت هذه الدراسة التحليلية القياسية أثر انتاج الطاقة الكهربائية البديلة المنتجة من المصادر الطاقوية البديلة على الحجم الإجمالي لإنتاج الطاقة الكهربائية في الجزائر خلال الفترة 2010-2019، وهدفت هذه الدراسة في جانبها النظري الى توضيح المفاهيم المتعلقة بالمصادر الطاقوية بنوعيها الأحفوري والبديل، وكذا إيجابيات وسلبيات كل نوع منها، كما تم التطرق إلى إمكانيات الجزائر في هذا المجال وما تم وضعه من استراتيجيات وما تم بذله من جهود المحاولة استغلالها، وهذا من خلال اعتماد المنهج الاستنباطي والذي يندرج تحته كل من المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي، أما في الجانب التطبيقي فقد تم قياس أثر مساهمة انتاج الطاقة الكهربائية من المصادر البديلة في تغطية الطلب على الطاقة الكهربائية والمتمثل في الحجم الإجمالي لاستهلاك الطاقة الكهربائية وهذا من خلال الاعتماد على أحد أبرز البرامج
في مجال الدراسات القياسية وفي أحدث اصدراته Eviews12 وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: أن الجزائر تمتلك امكانيات
معتبرة في مجال مصادر الطاقات البديلة وعلى رأسها الطاقة الشمسية؛ كما أن نموذج الدراسة الخاص بأثر انتاج الطاقة الكهربائية البديلة من مصدري كل من الطاقة الشمسية وكذا الطاقة الريحية على الحجم الإجمالي لاستهلاك الطاقة الكهربائية في الجزائر يمكن تمثيلهما من خلال نموذج (VECM)، حيث تم اثبات صلاحية النموذجين احصائيا وقياسيا؛ حيث أظهر أثر موجب ومعنوي ولو بحجم بسيط لإنتاج الطاقة الكهربائية البديلة من المصدرين على الحجم الإجمالي لاستهلاك الطاقة الكهربائية بالجزائر في الفترة 2010-2019، وهذا نتيجة التأخر المسجل في التوجه نحو استغلال الطاقة الشمسية وكذا عدم كفاية الجهود المبذولة في هذا المجال، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى عدم صلاحية تمثيل نموذج الدراسة الخاص بأثر انتاج الطاقة الكهربائية البديلة من مصدر العلاقة المائية على الحجم الإجمالي الاستهلاك الطاقة الكهربائية في الجزائر من خلال نموذج (VECM)، وذلك لأن نتائجه غير مقبولة احصائيا وقياسيا، بالإضافة إلى الأثر السالب والغير المعنوي لإنتاج الطاقة الكهربائية البديلة من مصدر الطاقة المائية على الحجم الإجمالي لاستهلاك الطاقة الكهربائية بالجزائر 2010-2019، في الفترة نتيجة تراجع الاستثمارات في هذا المجال وعدم الاهتمام به . بالقدر

وقد تم اقتراح بعث ارادة وطنية جادة منسجمة مع استراتيجية هادفة وفعالة في مجال
استغلال مصادر الطاقات البديلة، والتخلص من التبعية المفرطة المصادر الطاقة الأحفورية.
This econometric study deals with the impact of the production of alternative electrical energy produced from alternative energy sources on the total volume of electrical energy production in Algeria during the period 2010-2019, the objective of this study, in its theoretical part, is to clarify the concepts related to energy sources, both fossil and alternative, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of each type of them, as well as what Algeria has in this field and the strategies that have been developed and the efforts made to try to exploit them, and this through the adoption of the deductive approach, in which both the descriptive approach and the analytical approach are part, with regard to the practical side the impact of the contribution of the production of electrical energy from alternative sources in the coverage of the demand for electrical energy, represented by the total volume of electrical energy consumption has been measured e, based on one of the best known programs in the field of econometric studies and in its latest version. Eviews12.
This study reached a set of important results, including that Algeria has significant potentials in the field of alternative energies, especially solar energy, as well as the study model of the impact of energy production alternative electricity from the two sources of solar and wind energy on the total volume of electric energy consumption in Algeria can be represented through the model (VECM), where the validity of the two models have been statistically and econometrically proven, where it showed a positive and significant impact even in small quantities, producing alternative electrical energy from exporters on the total volume of electrical energy consumption in Algeria over the period 2010-2019. This results from the delay recorded in the trend to the exploitation of solar energy, as well as the insufficient efforts made in this field (VECM). because its results are not statistically and econometrically only acceptable, in addition to the negative and insignificant impact of the production of alternative electrical energy from the hydraulic source on the total volume of electrical energy consumption in Algeria during the period 2010- 2019 due to the declining investment in this area and the insufficient attention given to it
It was proposed to create a serious national will in harmony with a meaningful and effective strategy in the field of exploiting alternative energy sources and getting rid of excessive dependence on fossil energy sources.
