Abstract
تمثل هذه الدراسة تحليًلا شامًلا للتهديدات التي تواجه الأمن البحري في إفريقيا، مع التركيز على الأنشطةغير القانونية مثل القرصنة، الاتجار بالبشر، وتهريب المخدرات، حيث تسلط الضوء على العوامل التي تزيد من هذه التهديدات،مثل ضعف القدرات البحرية في العديد من الدول الإفريقية،ونقص الرقابة على الحدود البحرية،وتبين الدراسة أن خليج غينيا يعد مركًزا رئيسًيا للقرصنةوتهريب المخدرات،مما يضعف الاقتصادالبحري ويمول الجماعات الإرهابية.كما تؤكد على أن التعاون الإقليمي والدولي وتطوير القدرات المحليةالبحرية يعدان الحل الأمثل ماواجهة هذه التهديدات، جنًبا إلى جنب مع الاستراتيجيات المستقبلية مثل "إستراتيجيةإفريقيا البحرية لعام 2020 التي تهدف إلى تحقيق أمن بحري مستدام في القارة.This study represents a comprehensive analysis of the threats to maritime security in Africa, focusing on illicit activities such as piracy, human trafficking, and drug smuggling. It highlights the factors that exacerbate these threats, such as the weak naval capabilities of many African countries and the lack of maritime border control. The study reveals that the Gulf of Guinea is a major hub for piracy and drug trafficking, which undermines the maritime economy and funds terrorist groups. It also emphasizes that regional and international cooperation and the development of local maritime capabilities are the optimal solutions for confronting these threats, alongside future strategies such as the "Africa Maritime Strategy 2020," which aims to achieve sustainable maritime security on the continent.
