| dc.description.abstract | في مواجهة أكبر أزمة لجوء بعد الحرب العالمية الثانية، ولأسباب مختلفة تباينت مواقف دول الاتحاد الأوروبي بين المداخل التقليدية الأمنية وبين المدخل الإنساني الذي فضلته صانعة القرار الألماني -الحكومة- في تفاعلها مع أزمة اللجوء السوري مما وضعها أمام تحديات سوسيو-سياسية تتعدى حدود الحاجة الاقتصادية اللوجستيكية لتطال مسألة أعقد وهي الهوية و الإندماج ومدى توظيفها سياسيا لدفع صناع القرار إلى الحياد عنه، فترمي هذه الورقة إلى دراسة الفجوة بين اندفاع الجهود السياسية وفتور الواقع في تجسيدها حسب نتائج عديد لدراسات التتبعية لهذه الأزمة. الكلمات المفتاحية: اللجوء-اللاجئ-الهوية-الإندماج In facing the most important refugee crisis after the Second World War, and for various reasons, the positions of the European Union countries varied between dealing with a traditional security approach and the humanitarian entrance favored by the German decision-maker - the government - in its interaction with the Syrian refugee crisis, and what set it in front of socio-political challenges that exceed the logistical economic need To cover a more complex issue, which is identity and integration, and the extent to which it is used politically to push decision-makers to change it , this paper aims to study the gap between theoretical political efforts and the reality in concretization Key words: asylum-refugee-identity-integration | |
