| dc.description.abstract | تشير التقارير التي تنشرها المنظمات العالمية وجود تزايد مستمر و مقلق في حجم التهديدات و الإعتداءات التي تطال الصحفيين و المرأة الصحفية على وجه الخصوص، أثناء قيامها بواجباتها خصوصا في المناطق التي تشهد توترا و نزاعا مسلحا، من خلال هذه الدراسة ننظر عن كثب في واقع الحماية القانونية للمرأة الصحفية في ضوء القانون الدولي الإنساني. in the last decades ،Women Journalists have repeatedly been the victims of aggressions against their actions on the ground during international and non-international armed conflicts. This threat to their lives has raised the necessity of guaranteeing their protection. Indeed،their protection must be guaranteed in order to ensure the process of truths transfer would not be obstructed, In this study, I looked closely at the reality of the protection of women journalists in the light of international humanitarian law. | |
