Abstract
الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الإدارة التشاركية في تحقيق التميز المؤسسي وذلك بإتخاذ مؤسسة سونلغاز لتوزيع الكهرباء والغاز بخنشلة كوجهة لدراستنا الميدانية .
ولأجل الإجابة على الإشكالية المطروحة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم إعداد استمارة استبيان و توزيعها على أفراد العينة شملت 53 من موظفي مؤسسة سونلغاز، وفي ضوء ذلك تم جمع البيانات وتحليلها واختبار الفرضيات باستخدام برنامج (Spss)، قد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية قوية موجبة عند مستوى معنوية0.05بين الإدارة التشاركية والتميز بمؤسسة سونلغاز، وهذا يتم من خلال تكاثف جهود الأفراد وإشراك المورد البشري في كل مايتعلق بقضايا المؤسسة وعليه يمكن القول أن بلوغ التميز المؤسسي لا يمكن أن يكون بالصدفة ولا بالاعتماد على الجهود الفردية فقط بل هو عملية شاملة تستلزم خطط و إستراتيجيات من مختلف المستويات .
Abstract :
This study aimed to identify the role of participatory management in achieving institutional excellence, by taking the Sonelgaz Electricity and Gas Distribution Company in Khenchela as the focus of our field study.
To address the research problem, the descriptive-analytical approach was adopted. In order to achieve the objective of the study, a questionnaire was prepared and distributed to a sample of 53 employees from Sonelgaz. Based on the collected data, the information was analyzed and the hypotheses were tested using the SPSS software.
The study reached several findings, the most important of which is the existence of a strong positive statistically significant relationshipat a significance level of 0.05 between participatory management and excellence at Sonelgaz,. This was evident through the collective efforts of individuals and the involvement of human resources in all matters related to the institution.
Accordingly, it can be concluded that achieving institutional excellence is neither a coincidence nor a result of individual efforts alone. Rather, it is a comprehensive process that requires plans and strategies at various levels.
