| dc.description.abstract | يعد موضوع حق المحبوس في التشريع الجزائري بصفة عامة من المواضيع التي شغلت بالفقهاء القانون، وهذا الإهتمام جاء نتيجة أنه يتمع بمحموعة من الحقوق الأولية داخل المؤسسات العقابية، بجانب الحقوق األساسية للمحبوس، إضافة إلى مجموعة الحقوق التي يتمع بيها خارج المؤسسات العقابية، حيث سعت إلى اإلدماج المحبوس بعد الإفراج عنه وتوفير كل الشروط التي تساعده على التأقلم والتعايش مع أفراد المجمتع.The issue of the prisoner's rights in Algerian legislation in general is one of the topics that has occupied legal scholars. This interest stems from the fact that he enjoys a set of primary rights within penal institutions, in addition to the basic rights of the prisoner, in addition to the set of rights that he enjoys outside of penal institutions, as it sought to integrate the prisoner after his release and provide all the conditions that help him adapt and coexist with members of society. | |
