| dc.description.abstract | تعتبر حماية المستهلك من المواضيع التي أولتها التشريعات الحديثة اهتماماً خاصاً، باعتبار أن للاستهلاك دوراً أساسياً في الحياة الاقتصادية واليومية للمستهلك. فالمستهلك عندما يشتري احتياجاته من المنتجات والخدمات يجعله عرضة للغش التجاري الناتج عن الانتشار الكبير للمنتجات المقلدة وغير المطابقة البضائع التي تعرض حياة الإنسان وصحته وسلامة جسده وأمنه الاقتصادي للخطر. ونتيجة لذلك حرص المشرع الجزائري على حمايتها والحفاظ على سلامتها من خلال إصدار العديد من القوانين الرادعة. وكذلك معاقبة كل من يعتدي على مصالح وحقوق المستهلكين في الدولة consumer protection is considered as one of the topics that modern legislation has given special attention to، considering that consumption has an essential role in the economic and daily life of the consumer.The consumer، when he purchases his needs of products and services، makes him vulnerable to commercial fraud resulting from the large spread of counterfeit and nonconforming goods، which endangers human life، health، body safety and economic security. As a result of this ،the Algerian legislator was keen to protect it and preserve its safety by issuing many deterrent laws . As well as punishing anyone who attacks the interests and rights of consumers in the country. | |
