| dc.description.abstract | ويشكل العقار الصناعي حجر الزاوية في تشجيع الاستثمار المحلي، ولهذا نلاحظ أن العديد من الدول عموما، والجزائر خاصة، أولته اهتماما كبيرا في إطار السياسة الاستراتيجية التي حددتها. تسهيلا لإجراءات الحصول على العقارات، وتجنبا لانتشار المضاربات العقارية غير الشرعية، تدخل المشرع الجزائري بوضع ترسانة قانونية واسعة تهدف إلى تنظيم العقار والاستثمار معا، لذلك قررنا عند تقديم هذه الأطروحة، تحديد وضعية العقارات الصناعية في إطار التصنيف القانوني القائم للملكية العقارية بين الملكية الوطنية العامة والخاصة والملكية الخاصة بأقسامها المختلفة، والتوصل إلى فهم الآلية القانونية التي تسمح باستغلالها، وهي امتياز بدون وصفة طبية Industrial real estate is the cornerstone of encouraging local investment, which is why we note that several countries in general, and Algeria in particular, have paid great attention to it within the framework of strategic policy. that she defined. facilitating the procedures for obtaining real estate, and to avoid the spread of illegal real estate speculation, the Algerian legislator intervened by putting in place a vast legal arsenal aimed at regulating real estate and investment together, we have therefore decided , when presenting this dissertation, determine the status of industrial real estate within the framework of the existing legal classification of real estate property between public and private national ownership and private property, with its different divisions, and achieve an understanding of the mechanism legal which allows its exploitation, which is the over-the-counter franchise. | |
