| dc.description.abstract | جريمة اختطاف الأطفال هي نقل الطفل الذي لم يبلغ ثامنة عشرة سنة كاملة أو حجزه أو القبض عليه أو أخذه أو اعتقاله أو احتجازه أو أسره، بصفة مؤقتة أو دائمة، باستعمال القوة أو التهديد أو الخداع، وعادة ما يهدف الاختطاف إلى ارتكاب جريمة یسعى إليها الجاني كاستغلال الطفل المختطف في الأغراض الجنسية أو الحصول على مبلغ مالي أو الاتجار بأعضائه، أو تعذيبه لحد الموت، ولهذا تعد من أخطر الجرائم لأنها تمس الفئة الضعيفة في المجتمع، هذا ما دفع بالمشرع الجزائري إلى التصدي لهذه الجريمة في قانون العقوبات من خلال تشديد العقوبة والتي تصل إلى حد الإعدام.
