| dc.description.abstract | بالاعتماد على أحدث التطورات في العالم في مجال الإعلام والاتصال وتطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في كافة المجالات، سعت الدولة الجزائرية إلى رقمنة العديد من المصالح في البلدية، مما ساهم في تطوير الخدمة العمومية من حيث النوع والكم وسرعة الأداء والقضاء على ظاهرة الترميز اليدوي للوثائق المقدمة للمواطنين. إلا أنه وعلى الرغم من الجهود المبذولة والتي أسفرت عن نتائج مشجعة، إلا أنها تبقى غير كافية للتوجه نحو الإدارة الإلكترونية بسبب الصعوبات التي تحيط بعملية رقمنة البلدية.Relying on the latest developments in the world in the field of information and communication and applying electronic management in all fields. the Algerian State has endeavored to digitize many interests in the municipality. This has contributed to the development of the public service in terms of type, quantity, speed of performance and elimination of the phenomenon of manual codification of documents submitted to citizens.
