| dc.description.abstract | ان قطاع المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة يعتبر من ركائز الاقتصاد الوطني ، لذلك فإن الجزائر بذلت مجهودات معتبرة للنهوض بهذا القطاع و تطويره ، من خلال جملة من الاصلاحات بهدف اخراجه من الصعوبات و المشاكل التي تواجهه خاصة التمويلية منها. و بتزايد الاهتمام بهذا النوع من المؤسسات أضحى جليا دورها الفعال في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية عن طريق توفير مناصب الشغل و جذب و تعبئة المدخرات و تنمية الصادرات. The small and medium sized enterprises sector was one of the pillars of the national economy; therefore Algeria has made efforts to considering the advancement of this sector and its development, through many of the reforms in order to bring him out of the difficulties and problems facing the financing of special. The increasing interest in this type of institution is evident role in achieving social and economic development of the real state financing to provide jobs and attract domestic saving and export development.The definition by small and medium sized enterprises in Algeria through law guideline for The development of small and medium sized enterprises of the year 2017, and to hilight the role played by these institution in building the national economy .
