Abstract
تعتبر التنمية المحلية من أهم المفاهيم البديلة لوضع خطط واستراتيجيات للنهوض بالاقتصاد المحلي - بالنظر للخصوصية التي تمتاز بها - ومن ثمة الوطني ، خاصة مع الآثار السلبية للازمة الاقتصادية العالمية الأخيرة . لذا نجد أن غالية التجارب الاقتصادية الوطنية والعالمية أكدت ضرورة الأخذ بعين الاعتبار مسالة التنمية المحلية كأساس فعال لضمان تنفيذ السياسيات العامة الوطنية بعد رسمها من قبل الحكومات المركزية وهذا في إطار تغيير شامل لمختلف المفاهيم الكلاسيكية للتنمية
Local development is considered one of the most important alternative concepts for developing plans and strategies to advance the local economy - given the specificity that characterizes it - and then the national one, especially with the negative effects of the recent global economic crisis. Therefore, we find that the wealth of national and global economic experiences has emphasized the necessity of taking into account the issue of local development as an effective basis for ensuring the implementation of national public policies after they are drawn up by central governments, and this is within the framework of a comprehensive change to the various classical concepts of development.
