| dc.description.abstract | يعد التدريب أحد أهم خطوات الاستثمار في الموارد البشرية لتحقيق الأهداف المسطرة من قبل المؤسسات العامة الإدارية، لما يحققه من تكوين للموظفين بما يساهم بشكل فعال في تحقيق التطوير الإداري، وتحسين أداء المؤسسات العامة ونوعية الخدمات المقدمة، لاسيما فيما يتعلق بمواكبة المتغيرات والتطورات الحاصلة في مجال التكنولوجيا، وبذلك أصبح لزاما على إدارة الموارد البشرية في ظل التغيرات الحاصلة أن توجه وتحسن أداء المؤسسات العامة، وذلك من خلال التدريب الذي يعد أحد العناصر الهامة في عملية التنمية. Training is one of the most important steps in investing in human resources to achieve the goals set by public administrative institutions, because of the training it achieves for employees, which effectively contributes to achieving administrative development, improving the performance of public institutions and the quality of services provided, especially with regard to keeping pace with changes and developments occurring in the field of technology. Thus, in light of the current changes, it has become necessary for human resources management to direct and improve the performance of public institutions, through training, which is one of the important elements in the development process. | |
