| dc.description.abstract | لقد حاولنا من خلال هذا البحث تقديم نظرة حديثة للإبداع لا بوصفه عملية خطية تنشأ من طرف واحد، بل كشبكة متصلة ومستمرة من التفاعلات بين مختلف المعنيين بالنشاط الإبداعي داخل الدولة، إضافة إلى وصف أهم أشكال تدفق المعرفة داخل هذه الشبكة مع إشارة لحالة المنظومة الجزائرية. حيث توصلنا إلى محدودية الطرق التقليدية في قياس الأداء العلمي للدول ، وأن قياس الإبداعية العامة للاقتصاد يستدعي تطوير مؤشرات أكثر تعقيداً، تجسدت لاحقا في مفهوم النظام الوطني للإبداع Through this research, we tried to present a modern view of the innovation, not as a linear process arising from one side, but rather as a continuous and continuous network of interactions between the various stakeholders in the creative activity within the state. Finally, we made sure the limitations of traditional methods in measuring the scientific performance of countries, and that measuring the general creativity of an economy requires the development of more complex indicators, embodied later in the concept of the national system of innovation | |
