Abstract
ملخص الدراسة :
هدفت الدراسة إلى:
- . تحديد مستويات الجودة للخدمات الصحية للعيادة الخاصة.
- . التعرف على علاقة نمط القيادة في العيادة في تحقيق متطلبات الجودة الصحية.
- . تحليل علاقة جودة الخدمات الصحية وارتباطها بالهيكل التنظيمي داخل العيادة الصحية الخاصة.
- . معرفة علاقة كل من عنصر تدريب ونظام الاتصال السائد في عمليه تحقيق الجودة الصحية.
انطلقت الدراسة من التساؤل الرئيسي الاتي:
كيف يدار النسق التنظيمي للعيادات الخاصة في تحقيق جوده الخدمات الصحية؟.
وتم اقتراح الفرضيات الأتية:
-الفرضية الرئيسية:
تساهم ادارة النسق التنظيمي للعيادات الخاصة في تحقيق متطلبات جودة الخدمة الصحية.
-الفرضيات الفرعية:
.يساهم الهيكل التنظيمي للعيادة الخاصة في تحقيق جودة الخدمة الصحية
. يساهم اسلوب القيادة في عمليه تحقيق متطلبات جودة الخدمة الصحية داخل العيادة الخاصة.
. يساهم التدريب المستمر بالعيادات الخاصة في تحقيق الجودة في الخدمة الصحية.
. يعمل نظام الاتصال الرسمي والغير الرسمي في العيادات الخاصة على توفير الخدمة الصحية ذات الجودة.
. يؤدي نظام الامن والسلامة للعيادات الصحية الخاصة الى تحقيق متطلبات جودة الخدمة الصحية
تمت الدراسة الميدانية بالعيادة الخاصة" البلسم الشافي" بولاية خنشلة على عينه قصدية شملت 10 اطباء و 16 ممرضين و 10 اداريين .و تم تطبيق المنهج الوصفي الملائم لدراستنا باستخدام اداة الاستبيان وتوصلت الدراسة الى النتائج التالية:
- . للهيكل التنظيمي مساهمة كبيرة في تحقيق جودة الخدمات الصحية في العيادات الخاصة.
- . يساهم اسلوب القيادة في عملية تحقيق متطلبات جودة الخدمة الصحية داخل العيادات الخاصة.
- . يساهم التدريب المستمر بالعيادات الخاصة في تحقيق الجودة في الخدمة الصحية.
- . يعمل نظام الاتصال الرسمي والغير الرسمي في العيادات الخاصة على توفير خدمة صحية ذات جودة.
- . يؤدي نظام الامن والسلامة للعيادات الصحية الخاصة الى تحقيق متطلبات جودة الخدمة الصحية.
Study Summary:
Objectives of the Study:
To determine the levels of healthcare service quality in private clinics.
To identify the relationship between the leadership style in clinics and the achievement of healthcare quality requirements.
To analyze the relationship between the quality of healthcare services and the organizational structure within private health clinics.
To examine the role of both training and the prevailing communication system in the process of achieving healthcare quality
The study originated from the following central research question:
How is the organizational system of private clinics managed to achieve the quality of healthcare services?
The following hypotheses were proposed:
Main Hypothesis:
The management of the organizational system in private clinics contributes to fulfilling the requirements of healthcare service quality.
Sub-Hypotheses:
The organizational structure of the private clinic contributes to achieving healthcare service quality.
The leadership style contributes to the process of fulfilling healthcare quality requirements within the private clinic.
Continuous training in private clinics contributes to achieving quality in healthcare services.
The formal and informal communication systems in private clinics work to provide high-quality healthcare services.
The safety and security system in private health clinics leads to achieving the requirements of healthcare service quality.
The field study was conducted at the private clinic "Al-Balsam Al-Shafi" in Khenchela Province, using a purposive sample consisting of 10 doctors, 16 nurses, and 10 administrative staff. The descriptive method appropriate for this study was employed, using a questionnaire as the data collection tool. The study reached the following conclusions:
The organizational structure significantly contributes to achieving the quality of healthcare services in private clinics.
The leadership style plays a role in fulfilling the requirements of healthcare quality within private clinics.
Continuous training in private clinics contributes to achieving quality in healthcare services.
The formal and informal communication systems in private clinics help provide high-quality healthcare services.
The safety and security system in private health clinics contributes to meeting the requirements of healthcare service quality.
