| dc.description.abstract | الملخص : لقد انعكست ثقافة الإنسان وعلومه الحديثة وتعددت حاجياته ومتطلباته للتخطيط الحضري للمدن، من خلال توظيفه لأفكاره واستغلاله للموارد الطبيعية، وما وصل إليه التقدم العلمي والتكنولوجي لتوفير البيئة الآمنة والمريحة، حيث تطورت الأساليب المستخدمة في مجال التخطيط الحضري إلى ما نسميه بالتخطيط الحديث أو المعاصر المستند إلى تخطيط الكثافة السكانية وتوزيعها المتوازن، وإعادة تنظيم مراكز المدن وتوفير الخدمات العامة الأساسية والمرافق المختلفة بما يخدم سكان المدينة، ويحقق العدالة الاجتماعية وهذا بغية تحضر المدينة، والجمع بين عناصر الكفاءة والجمال والإبداع الذي يحقق التوازن بين جمال المدينة وكفاءة التخطيط الحضري على مختلف مستويات المدينة،والسمو بها الى مصاف المدن المتحضرة. Abstract : Human culture and his modern sciences have been reflected and their needs and requirements for urban planning of cities have been varied by employing it for his ideas and exploiting natural resources ,and what Scientific and technological progress has reached to provide a safe and comfortable environment where the methods used in the field of urban planning have evolved to what we call modern or contemporary planning based on population density planning , and its balanced distribution and reorganizing city centers and providing basic public services ,and the different facilities serving the city residents and it achieves social justice in order to develop the city and combining the elements of efficiency ,beauty and creativity that achieves the balance between the beauty of the city and the efficiency of urban planning at different levels of the city and its highness to the ranks of civilized cities. | |
