dc.description.abstractتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على قطاع التعليم العالي في الجزائر الذي سعى إلى محاولة التطبيق الفعلي للتقنية الرقمية كبديل للتعليم الجامعي المباشر من خلال اعتماد التعليم الافتراضي الرقمي عبر تفعيل تقنياته من أرضيات ومنصات رقمية لوضع الدروس والمحاضرات وكذا أرضيات لرصد النقاط والمناقشات، ضمانا لسيرورة عمل الجامعة الجزائرية في كل الظروف، لكن في ظل هاته الثروة الرقمية لازالت نتائج الرقمنة محتشمة ولا تعطي النتائج المتوخاة منها. This study aims to highlight the higher education sector in Algeria, which sought to attempt the actual application of digital technology as an alternative to direct university education through the adoption of virtual digital education by activating its techniques from digital platforms in order to develop lessons and lectures as well as floors for monitoring points and discussions, to ensure the functioning of the Algerian university in all circumstances, but in light of this digital wealth, the results of digitization are still modest and do not give the desired results.
