Abstract
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل التعديلات الدستورية بشكل عام سيما تعديل الدستور الجزائري لسنة 2016 على عملية التحول الديمقراطي. وفيما إذا كانت هذه التعديلات تعزز العملية الديمقراطية وترسخها، ثم معرفة هذا الأثر سواء كان إيجابيا أو سلبيا. وذلك بتعريف المقصود بتعديل الدستور والتحول الديمقراطي ثم العلاقة بينهما
This study aims to analyze constitutional amendments in general, especially the amendment of the Algerian constitution of 2016 to the process of democratic transformation.Whether these amendments promote and consolidate the democratic process, and then whether this effect is positive or negative. By defining the intention to amend the Constitution and the democratic transition and then the relationship between them
