| dc.description.abstract | تحاول هذه الدراسة تسليط الضوء على أحكام عقد البيع في التشريع الجزائري والعقود التي سبقته وحالات البيع المختلفة فضلا عن توضيح عناصر عقد البيع وكيفية تكوينه منذ اللحظة الأولى حتى إبرامه في بالإضافة إلى توضيح الآثار المترتبة عليه من التزام البائع والتزامات البائع فهي مسؤولية المشتري. This study attempts to shed light on the provisions of the sales contract in Algerian legislation and the contracts that precede it and the various Cases of sale as well as clarifying the elements of the sales contract and how it formed from the first moment until its conclusion in addition to clarifying the implications of it from the obligation of the seller and the obligations of the seller it is the buyer s responsibility. | |
