Abstract
تمثل هذه الدراسة تحليلاً شاملاً للتهديدات التي تواجه الأمن البحري في أفريقيا "الاتجار بالبشر"، مع التركيز على الأنشطة غير المشروعة مثل القرصنة والاتجار بالبشر وتهريب المخدرات، مع تسليط الضوء على العوامل التي تزيد من هذه التهديدات مثل ضعف القدرات البحرية في العديد من الدول الأفريقية، وعدم السيطرة على الحدود البحرية. وتبين الدراسة أن خليج غينيا يشكل مركزاً رئيسياً للقرصنة والاتجار بالمخدرات، وإضعاف الاقتصاد البحري وتمويل الجماعات الإرهابية. كما تؤكد أن التعاون الإقليمي والدولي وتطوير القدرات البحرية المحلية هو الحل الأمثل لمعالجة هذه التهديدات، جنباً إلى جنب مع الاستراتيجيات المستقبلية مثل استراتيجية أفريقيا البحرية 2050، والتي تهدف إلى تحقيق الأمن البحري المستدام في القارة.This study provides a comprehensive analysis of the threats to maritime security in Africa (human trafficking), focusing on illicit activities such as piracy, human trafficking and drug smuggling, highlighting the factors that exacerbate these threats such as weak maritime capacities in many African countries and lack of control over maritime borders. The study shows that the Gulf of Guinea is a major hub for piracy and drug trafficking, weakening the maritime economy and financing terrorist groups. It also stresses that regional and international cooperation and the development of local maritime capacities are the best solution to address these threats, in conjunction with future strategies such as the Africa Maritime Strategy 2050, which aims to achieve sustainable maritime security on the continent.
