| dc.description.abstract | ملخص الدراسة يُعدّ التحضر من أبرز الظواهر الاجتماعية التي غيّرت أنماط العيش في المجتمعات المعاصرة، إذ فرض نمطًا ثقافيًا وسلوكيًا جديدًا أثّر بشكل مباشر على البنية الأسرية وأدوار الأفراد داخلها. حيث تواجه الاسرة الحضرية ضغوطا في أداء دورها التربوي، خصوصًا في ظل تغيّر أنماط العمل، وتزايد مشاركة المرأة في الحياة المهنية، وانتشار مؤسسات الرعاية البديلة. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى فهم أثر الثقافة الحضرية على التنشئة الأسرية في المدن الجزائرية، من خلال التركيز على التغيرات التي طرأت على دور الأم العاملة، ومدى اعتماد الأسر على مؤسسات الحضانة في تربية الأطفال، وما لذلك من انعكاسات على العلاقة بين الأم والطفل، وعلى طبيعة التواصل الأسري عمومًا. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن عمل الأم في البيئة الحضرية ساهم في تقليص الوقت المخصّص للتفاعل المباشر مع الأطفال، وأثّر على نوعية الرعاية المقدّمة لهم، حيث أصبح التوجيه التربوي يمرّ غالبًا عبر مؤسسات بديلة مثل الحضانة والمدرسة. كما أظهرت النتائج أن الإرهاق الناتج عن ضغوط العمل أدى إلى تغيّر في أساليب التربية داخل الأسرة، مما انعكس على العلاقة العاطفية بين الأم وأبنائها، وأضعف من فاعلية التواصل الأسري. كذلك أظهرت الدراسة أن أغلب الأمهات العاملات يلجأن للحضانة اضطرارًا بسبب ضغط العمل، ما يخلق نوعًا من “الفصل التربوي” بين الأم والطفل. هذا المعطى يعكس تحولًا في أدوار التنشئة، حيث لم تعد الأسرة هي الفاعل الوحيد فيها. كما أن عدد ساعات العمل الطويلة لدى الأمهات أدى إلى تراجع فرص الجلوس مع الأطفال، وحدوث خلل في التوازن بين الحياة المهنية والأسرية. وأشارت النتائج أيضًا إلى أن التكنولوجيا تمثل عاملاً إضافيًا أثّر في بنية العلاقات داخل الأسرة، حيث بات الحوار المباشر أقل حضورًا، مقابل الاعتماد على الوسائط الرقمية في الترفيه والتواصل. Study Summary Urbanization is one of the most prominent social phenomena that has transformed lifestyles in contemporary societies. It has imposed a new cultural and behavioral pattern that has directly impacted the family structure and the roles of its members. Urban families face increasing pressure in fulfilling their educational role, particularly in light of changing work patterns, the growing participation of women in professional life, and the widespread reliance on alternative childcare institutions. This study aims to understand the impact of urban culture on family upbringing in Algerian cities by focusing on the changes affecting the role of the working mother, the extent to which families depend on daycare institutions for child-rearing, and the implications this has on the mother-child relationship and family communication overall. The study’s findings revealed that a mother's employment in the urban environment reduces the time allocated to direct interaction with children and affects the quality of care provided. Educational guidance increasingly passes through alternative institutions such as nurseries and schools. The findings also showed that work-related exhaustion leads to changes in parenting styles, which negatively affect the emotional bond between mothers and their children and weaken the effectiveness of family communication. Additionally, the study showed that most working mothers resort to nurseries out of necessity due to work pressures, creating a kind of "educational separation" between mother and child. This indicates a shift in parenting roles, where the family is no longer the sole actor in child upbringing. Furthermore, the long working hours of mothers have reduced opportunities to spend time with children, causing an imbalance between professional and family life. The results also indicated that technology is an additional factor that has influenced the structure of family relationships, where face-to-face dialogue has become less common, replaced by reliance on digital media for entertainment and communication.
