| dc.description.abstract | الملخص : لقد أدركت فرنسا بعد إحتلالها للجزائر وتوسعها في المناطق الداخلية عاى أن الوسيلة العسكرية وحدها لا تكفي للسيطرة على الجزائريين وإخضاعهم لها ، خاصة بتوايد نشاط الطبقة المثقفة في القرن التاسع عشر والقرن العشرين ، فاشتمل موضوع دراستنا هذا على مفهوم النخبة الجزائرية التي كان لسياسة فرنسا التعليمية دورا بارزا في ظهورها ، وجهودها الفعالة في نهضة الجزائر الفكرية ، حيث إنقسمت نهاية القرن التاسع عشر وبداية القرن العشرين إلى تياريين بارزين هما: النخبة المحافظة والنخبة المفرنسة والتي تأثرت بمجموعة عوامل داخلية وخارجية ساهمت في بلورة نشاطها ، كما وضحنا في هذا البحث نشاط النخبة السياسي والثقافي ودورها في الحركة الوطنية وموقف فرنسا منها. SAMMURY : France has realized, after its occupation of Algeria and its expansion in the interior regions, that the military means alone is not sufficient to control the Algerians and subjugate them to it, especially by supporting the activity of the educated class in the nineteenth and twentieth centuriesProminent in its appearance and effective efforts in the intellectual renaissance of Algeria, where the end of the nineteenth century and the beginning of the twentieth century divided into two prominent currents : the conservative elite and the French elite, which were affected by a group of internal and external factors that contributed to the crystallization of its activity, as we explained in this research the activity of the political and cultural elite and its role inThe national movement and France's position on it. | |
