Abstract
اكتسب حق حرية الحصول على المعلومات وتداولها أهمية كبيرة، لارتباطه بحق الإنسان في المعرفة والذي نصت عليه مختلف المواثيق الدولية، وتمت بلورته في إعلان المبادئ الصادر عن القمة العالمية لمجتمع المعلومات، لأنه يعمل على تعزيز الشفافية والديمقراطية في الدولة، ولحق الحصول على المعلومات وتداولها أهمية كبيرة في الدور الذي يؤديه الإعلام في مجال مكافحة الفساد، إيجابا وسلبا لارتباطه بقدرته للنفاذ لمصدر هذه المعلومات.
The right of the access to information and its use has earned a great importance because of its relation with the human right to knowledge that is provided by various international conventions, and which has been developed in the principles declaration of the Information Society World Summit, since it works to promote transparency and democracy in the state. The right of the access to the information and its use has a great importance in the media role played in fighting against corruption positively and negatively since it is attached to its ability to get the source of this information.
