على الرغم من الدعم الحكومي والترسانة القانونية المحفزة لقطاع الناشئات (بين 2020 و2026)، إلا أن الفعالية الكاملة لهذه الوسائط لا تزال تواجه "قيوداً مؤسساتية" وتحديات ميدانية؛ لاسيما ضعف آليات الدفع الإلكتروني، وتحديات التدفق الرقمي، والبيروقراطية الإدارية abstract : This study explores the extent to which modern and digital audio-visual media contribute to activating media promotion strategies and building the corporate image of startups in Algeria. The research is structured around a central problem concerning the nature of this contribution, as well as the prominent technical, legal, and financial challenges encountered by entrepreneurs in a rapidly developing local digital environment striving toward a knowledge-based economy. To achieve the research objectives, a descriptive-analytical approach was adopted to diagnose the reality of utilizing visual content tools (such as digital videos and interactive platforms) and to track consumer audience trends. The theoretical framework relies on modern interactive communication theories, most notably the "Uses and Gratifications Theory" and the "Two-Step Flow of Communication Theory" (Influencer Marketing). The study reached several key conclusions and verified hypotheses, including: There is an increasing reliance by Algerian startups on "condensed micro-content" and short videos across social media platforms as interactive, low-cost, and high-impact promotional tools compared to traditional media. "Visual text" and digital audio-visual content play a critical role in enhancing brand awareness, managing corporate image, and building swift trust with the Algerian digital consumer. Despite government support and the encouraging legislative frameworks established for the startup sector (between 2020 and 2026), the full effectiveness of these media tools still faces "institutional constraints" and field challenges, particularly weak e-payment mechanisms, digital connectivity limitations, and administrative bureaucracy.
