| dc.description.abstract | تعتبر المساواة بين النساء والرجال حقا من حقوق الانسان التي عملت على تأكيدها مختلف المواثيق الدولية العالمية منها أو الإقليمية، إلا أنه وعلى الرغم من ذلك مازالت تعتريه العديد من المعوقات التي تحول دون تجسيده على أرض الواقع لا سيما بالنسبة لدول العالم الثالث حتى وفي ظل مصادقة الدول على الاتفاقيات الدولية التي تكرس هاته الحقوق، إذ تبقى حقوق المرأة حقوقا منقوصة وغير مجسدة على أرض الواقع سواء تعلقت هاته الحقوق بالمجال السياسي أو بالمجال الاقتصادي. وتأتي دراستنا هاته من أجل بيان دور المؤسس الدستوري الجزائري في حماية حق المرأة في العمل ودراسة التجسيد العملي لهذا التكريس على أرض الواقع وفيما إذا كان له دور في تمكين المرأة اقتصاديا أم لا؟ Equality between women and men is a human right that many of the regional and international conventions have worked to affirm. However, many obstacles prevent its embodiment, especially in developing countries where, in spite of having ratifying the international agreements regarding the embodiment of these rights, women’s rights, political as well as the economic ones, remain incomplete and absent in practice Our intervention comes to explain the role of the Algerian constitutional founder in protecting the right of women to work and to study the practical embodiment of this dedication on the ground and whether it has a role in empowering women economically or not? | |
