Abstract
Résumé :
Des lapins domestiques Cuniculus lepus ont été exposés à deux dose de l'HgCl2 seul (Hg) (D1=0,5g/Kg ; D2=1g/KG), pendant une période de quatre semaines, afin d'estimer les effets et toxicité de mercure sur l’organisme surtout le foie et les riens
Les paramètres suivants ont été mesurés ; l’histologie des organes cibles (foie, reins), et paramètre biochimique à l'intoxication mercurielle le glucose, les triglycérides, le cholestérol, les protéines totales, TGO, TGP, l’albumine, la créatinine, l’urée, l’acide urique, sodium, potassium, chlore.
Les résultats obtenus ont montré:
La fonction hépatique:
Concernant la fonction hépatique ; les taux des protéines totales, albumine cholestérol et triglycéride , ont été augmenté chez les groupes traités par rapport au témoin.
En revanche, une réduction notable de l'activité hépatique traduisant par une diminution de TGP et augmentation de TGO chez les groupes Hg par rapport au témoin.
La fonction rénale :
La fonction rénale a été perturbée par le mercure, les taux créatinine plasmatique, d’urée, acide urique, sodium, potassium, chlore, élevés chez les groupes Hg en comparaison avec le témoin.
L'étude histologique:
L'aspect histologique du foie, rein, traduit les changements et les dommages provoqués par le mercure; dégénérescence membranaire, nécrose des hépatocytes, hémorragie au niveau de foie, des altérations tubulaires et glomérulaires au niveau rénales, dilatation tubulaire, hémorragie, dégénérescence membranaire

Histological study: The histological aspect of the liver, kidney, reflects changes and damage caused by mercury; Hepatocyte necrosis, hemorrhage in the liver, renal tubular and glomerular changes, tubular dilation, haemorrhage, membrane degeneration.

الزئبق كالغموكوز، ثلاثي الغميسريدات، الكولسترول، البروتينات الكمية، TGO, TGP, ، الألبومين،
الكرياتينين، اليوريا، حمض اليوريا، الصوديوم، البوتاسيوم، الكمور.
النتائج المتحصل عميها بينت:
وظائف الكبد:
فيما يتعمق بوظائف الكبد ؛ فإن كمية البروتينات الكمية، الألبومين، الكولسترول ، ثلاثي الغميسريدات
اولألبومين، ارتفعت عند الأفواج المعاممة مقارنة بالفوج الشاهد
وبالمقابل انخفض نشاط الكبد ولقد تبين ذلك في نقص إنزيم TGP وارتفاع TGO عند الأفواج المعاممة

وظائف الكمى:
لقد احدث الزئبق اضط ا ربات في وظائف الكمى حيث سجل ارتفاعا في كمية الكرياتينين، اليوريا، حمض
