Abstract
تقتضي دراسة ظاهرتي الهجرة غير الشرعية واللجوء في اطار القوانين الدولية والوطنية، دراسة المرجعيات القانونية للتعاطي مع مسالة اللاجئين في العالم، ثم دراسة التعاطي القانوني مع ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية في القانون الجزائري، من أجل تحديد الخطوط الفاصلة بين مصطلحي اللاجئ والمهاجر غير شرعي، خاصة وأن القوانين الدولية والوطنية جاءت واضحة في تحديد المصطلحين
