Abstract
ملخص:
تناول هذا البحث تطور الحدود الجزائرية المغربية عبر أربع مراحل تاريخية.
في الفترة ما بين 1518 و1671، تميزت العلاقة بين الحكم العثماني في الجزائر والسعديين ثم العلويين في المغرب بالصراعات والتنافس دون ترسيم حدود واضح.
ومع الاحتلال الفرنسي للجزائر، ظهرت أولى محاولات الترسيم، خاصة من خلال معاهدة لالة مغنية (1845) وطنجة (1844)، وسط مقاومة قوية من قِبل الأمير عبد القادر والشيخ بوعمامة.
ثم جاء فرض الحماية الفرنسية على المغرب سنة 1912 ليزيد الوضع تعقيدًا، حيث أصدرت فرنسا مراسيم مؤقتة لتنظيم الحدود، لكنها كانت تخدم أهدافًا استعمارية بالأساس.
أما خلال ثورة التحرير الجزائرية، فقد عبّر المغرب، بقيادة الملك محمد الخامس، عن دعم سياسي وشعبي كبير للثورة، دون حسم مسألة الحدود، التي ظلت مؤجلة إلى ما بعد الاستقلال، مما مهّد لاستمرار التوتر الحدودي بين البلدين.
Abstract:
This study explores the evolution of the Algerian-Moroccanborder through four key historical phases. Between 1518 and 1671, relations between the Ottoman rule in Algeria and the Saadian, then Alawite dynasties in Morocco were marked by conflicts and rivalries, with no clearly defined borders. With the onset of French colonization in Algeria, the first attempts at border demarcation emerged, notably through the Treaties of LallaMaghnia (1845) and Tangier (1844), amid fierce resistance led by Emir Abd-el-Kader and Sheikh Bouamama. The imposition of the French protectorate over Morocco in 1912 further complicated the situation, as France issued provisional regulations to manage the border, primarily serving colonial interests. During the Algerian War of Independence, Morocco—under King Mohammed —expressed strong political and popular support for the revolution. However, the border issue remained unresolved, laying the groundwork for ongoing tension between the two countries after independence.
