Abstract
Abstract
Work actinomycetes isolated from arid ecosystems are very rare. In this respect two Saharan
soils (soilof El-Oued region and salt Chott Melghir the same region) were tested in this
study.Thus, 13 colonies were isolated and Actinomycetales purified from two selective media
(ISP2, ISP5) added with an antibacterial, antifungal and NaCl. The study of morphological
characteristics of the isolates and microscopic examinations helped by comparison with the
classification criteria of Lechevalier publishedin Bergey'sManual of bacterial classification,
assign SSO1strainisolated from soil knownin El Oued Streptosporangium kind. The
13strainswere tested for Actinomycetales certain enzymatica bility (cellulolytic, pectolytic,
amylolytic....). All isolates have at least one enzymatic activity and aretherefore of a
biotechnological interest.
ملخص
ان العمل علي الفطريات الشعاعية المعزولة من النظم الإيكولوجية القاحلة نادرة جدا في هذا الصدد تم اختبار اثنين من التربة الصحراوية التربة من منطقة الواد والملح شط Melghir نفس المنطقة). وبالتالي في هذه الدراسة ، تم عزل 13 من المستعمرات وتنقيتها انطلاقا من وسطين غذائيين (ISP) ISP2) مع اضافة مضاد للجراثيم، مضاد للفطريات وكلوريد الصوديوم دراسة الخصائص المورفولوجية و المجهرية للعزلة بالمقارنة مع معايير تصنیف Lechevalier نشرت في دليل Bergey للتصنيف البكتيرية ، تم تعيين سلالة SSO1 معزولة عن التربة المعروفة في الواد من نوع Streptosporangium. تم اختبار 13 سلا لة لالشعاوات لإ كتسابها القدرة الأنزيمية (cellulolytic، حال للبكتين، محلل النشا ....... جميع العزلات يكون لديها نشاط انزيمي واحد على الأقل، وبالتالي فهي من مصلحة البيوتكنولوجية.
