| dc.description.abstract | الملخص : هذه الدراسة تعتبر إطلالة بسيطة على أحد أهم المصادر المخطوطة التي تناولت في طياتها جوانب مهمة من تاريخ المغرب الأوسط في فترة متأخرة من العصر الوسيط؛ ألا وهو نوازل الغرناطي والموسوم ب "الأسئلة المنتقاة لنفع القضاة"، فصحيح أنه رسالة موجهة للقضاة من أحد الفقهاء المتأخرين وهو أبو محمد بن القاسم الغرناطي (ت 1012هـ/1604م)؛ إلا أن أهميته تكمن في أنه بث في ثناياه نوازل لفقهاء من المغرب الأوسط تناولت قضايا عديدة تخص هذا الأخير وخصوصا مجاله البدوي، ومن ثم تكشف لنا كيف تعامل هؤلاء الفقهاء مع مختلف القضايا التي تعتري ساكنة هذا المجال الذي لا تناله الأحكام السلطانية في الغالب. Abstract : This study is concidered as a simple view about one of the most important manuscript sources that has deltwith an important aspect of the middle Magrib in the lateperiodof the middle era , whichis about El Gharnati new issues, thatisnamed as « the chosen question for the benifit of jusdges » . trully, itis a message that has sent to judges by one of the jurist of the lateperiodwhoiscalled as « Abu Muhammed El Gharnati » (1604_ 1012), whileits importance isconcernedthathe has mentioned in his book the new issues of the middle Maghribian , which has deltwithmany casses of it, speciallyitsBedouinfield, thenhe has unveiled to us how jurists has deltwith the different issues in thaterawhichis not ruled by the royal provisious. | |
