| dc.description.abstract | الملخص : تشهد حركة المرور في الجزائر حوادث مميتة وتجاوزات لقانون المرور لا يمكن التغافل عنها او تجاهلها نظرا للنتائج والخسائر المعتبرة الناتجة عنها في الجانب البيئي والاقتصادي والجانب الاجتماعي والنفسي ،ويعتبر سائقي المركبات هم العنصر الأساس في جوادث المرور وهذا ما يجعلنا نطرح العديد من التساؤلات حول هذا العنصر البشري ،أهمها لماذا يوجد عدد كبير من السائقين اللامبالين و الانانيين والذين يقودون سياراتهم بطريقة عدائية متجاهلين كل القوانين ...سنحاول من خلال هذه الورقة الاجابة على ذلك من خلال التطرق الى العلاقة الكامنة بين القيم الاجتماعية والثقافة المرورية ومدى تاثير تلك القيم على سلوكيات السائقين Résumé : La circulation routière en Algérie est marquée par des accidents mortels et des infractions au code de la route qui ne peuvent être ignorés en raison des conséquences et des pertes importantes qu'elles entraînent sur les plans environnemental, économique, social et psychologique. Les conducteurs de véhicules sont l'élément central des accidents de la circulation, ce qui nous amène à poser de nombreuses questions sur cet élément humain, notamment pourquoi il y a un grand nombre de conducteurs indifférents et égoïstes qui conduisent de manière agressive en ignorant toutes les lois... Nous essaierons dans ce document de répondre à cela en abordant la relation entre les valeurs sociales et la culture routière et l'impact de ces valeurs sur le comportement des conducteurs. Summary: Traffic in Algeria witnesses fatal accidents and violations of traffic laws that cannot be ignored or overlooked due to the significant results and losses in the environmental, economic, social, and psychological aspects. Drivers are considered the main element in traffic accidents, which raises many questions about this human element, most importantly why there are a large number of indifferent and selfish drivers who drive their cars aggressively, ignoring all laws. Through this paper, we will try to answer this by addressing the underlying relationship between social values and traffic culture and the extent to which those values influence the behavior of drivers. | |
