Abstract
ملخص الدراسة باللغة العربية:
ان موضوع الرشاقة التنظيمية والقدرة التنافسية من أهم الموضوعات في الجامعات الجزائرية التي تقوم على البحث والاطلاع والالمام بجانبها النظري والميداني، وبناءا على ذلك جاءت هذه الدراسة للكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين أبعاد الرشاقة التنظيمية (رشاقة الاستشعار، رشاقة اتخاذ القرار)، بتلك المتصلة بالقدرة التنافسية ( الترتيب الجامعي، والمخرجات الجامعية) بجامعة عباس لغرور خنشلة ،كما سعت هذه الدراسة الى معرفة مستوى تطبيق أبعاد الرشاقة التنظيمية وأبعاد القدرة التنافسية ومؤشرات قياسها في جامعة عباس لغرور خنشلة ، حيث تبلورت اشكالية دراستنا على طرح مجموعة من التساؤلات وللإجابة عنها قمنا بصياغة مجموعة من الفرضيات ولاختبارها والتأكد من صحتها اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي باستخدام أسلوب التحليل الاحصائي، كما تبنينا مجموعة من أدوات الدراسة وهي استمارة الاستبيان والتي تم ارسالها الكترونيا الى عينة عشوائية منتظمة من هيئة التدريس مكونة من 27أستاذ يمثلون 30% من المجموع الكلي لهيئة التدريس بكلية العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية والذي بلغ حجمه 89 أستاذ الذين يمارسون مهامهم بصفة دائمة الذي تم سحب العينة منه وعند تحليلنا للبيانات وتبويبها اعتمدنا على برنامج SPSS V27، واعتمدنا على أداة الملاحظة بالمشاركة كأداة مساعدة.
وفي الأخير خلصت دراستنا الى أن مستوى تطبيق الرشاقة التنظيمية والقدرة التنافسية بجامعة عباس لغرور مرتفع جدا، كما أن طبيعة علاقة أبعاد الرشاقة التنظيمية (رشاقة الاستشعار ورشاقة اتخاذ القرار) بأبعاد القدرة التنافسية (الترتيب، والمخرجات الجامعية) بجامعة عباس لغرور خنشلة هي علاقة طردية إيجابية مرتفعة جدا.
Summary :
The topic of organizational agility and competitiveness is one of the most important topics in Algerian universities that are based on research, knowledge and familiarity with its theoretical and field side, and accordingly, this study came to reveal the nature of the relationship between the dimensions of organizational agility (sensing agility, decision-making agility), and those related to competitiveness (university ranking, university outputs) at Abbess Laghrour University Khenchela. This study also sought to know the level of application of the dimensions of organizational agility and the dimensions of competitiveness and the indicators of measuring them at Abbas Laghrour University in Khenchela, where the problem of our study crystallized on posing a set of questions To answer them, we formulated a set of hypotheses, and to test them and ensure their validity, we relied on the descriptive method using the statistical analysis method, and we adopted a set of study tools, namely the questionnaire form, which was sent electronically to a regular random sample of the teaching staff consisting of of 27 professors representing 30% of the total number of 89 professors who are practicing their duties permanently, from which the sample was drawn, and when analyzing and tabulating the data, we relied on SPSS V27, and we relied on the participant observation tool as an auxiliary tool.
Finally, our study concluded that the level of application of organizational agility and competitiveness at Abbess Laghrour University is very high, and the nature of the relationship between the dimensions of organizational agility (sensing agility and decision-making agility) and the dimensions of competitiveness (ranking and university outputs) at Abbas Laghrour University in Khenchela is a positive and very high direct relationship.
