| dc.description.abstract | لقد تناولت الدول المغاربية في تشريعاتها للعمل أحكاما خاصة تحمي صغار السن في بيئة الشغل، من خلال اشتراط حد أدنى للسن يتناسب مع أحكام التعليم الاجباري في كل دولة، وحصوله على إذن من القائمين على شؤونه قانونيا؛ ثم تمتد هذه الحماية بعد إنشاء عقد العمل عن طريق القواعد والأحكام التي تحظر على رب العمل تشغيل الأطفال ليلا، أو تكليفهم بأداء ساعات إضافية ، إلى جانب منع إلزامهم بكل نشاط يشكل خطرا على صحتهم العضوية و النفسية، وكذا تربيتهم الخلقية. The Maghreb countries have addressed in their labor legislation special provisions that protect young people in the work environment , by requiring a minimum age commensurate with the provisions of compulsory education in each country, and obtaining permission from those in charge of his legal affairs.This protection extends after the establishment of the employment contract through the rules and provisions that prohibit the employer from employing children at night, or assigning them to work overtime, in addition to preventing them from being obliged to any activity that poses a threat to their organic health and self, as well as their moral education. | |
