Abstract
الملخص
تناولت هذه الدراسة "سؤال العدالة عند برتراند راسل"، وهو من بين أهم المواضيع التي ناقشها الفكر الغربي المعاصر، ويمثل إحدى القضايا الأخلاقية البارزة في الفلسفة الحديثة. ركّز الفيلسوف البريطاني برتراند راسل على مفهوم العدالة بوصفها قيمة أخلاقية واجتماعية، لا مجرد قيمة قانونية، حيث نظر إليها كمبدأ عقلاني وإنساني يقوم على الإنصاف والمساواة وحماية الحريات. وسعى من خلال ذلك إلى تحقيق التوازن بين الفرد والمجتمع.
كما بيّنت الدراسة كيف تأثرت فلسفة راسل بعدد من المرجعيات الفلسفية، مثل إيمانويل كانط، وجون ستيوارت مل، ودفيد هيوم، وسعت إلى إبراز كيف شكّل هذا التفاعل خلفية لمشروعه الفلسفي حول العدالة، الذي يمزج بين العقلانية والأخلاق والبعد الاجتماعي. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج التاريخي، من خلال تتبع تطور مفهوم العدالة، إلى جانب المنهج التحليلي لفهم رؤية برتراند راسل لهذه القيمة.والمنهج النقدي لعرض رؤية الفلاسفة الذين تجاوزو رؤية برتراند راسل .
Abstracts
This study examines "The Question of Justice in Bertrand Russell’s Thought," one of the most significant topics discussed in contemporary Western philosophy and a prominent ethical issue in modern philosophical discourse. The British philosopher Bertrand Russell focused on justice as a moral and social value rather than merely a legal one. He regarded it as a rational and human principle grounded in fairness, equality, and the protection of freedoms, aiming to achieve a balance between the individual and society.
The study also highlights how Russell’s philosophy was influenced by several key philosophical references, including Immanuel Kant, John Stuart Mill, and David Hume. It seeks to demonstrate how this interaction formed the intellectual background of his philosophical project on justice, which blends rationality, ethics, and the social dimension. The study adopts both the historical method-by tracing the development of the concept of justice- and the analytical method to better understand Bertrand Russell’s perspective on this value , and the critcal approach to understanding the views of philosphers who went beyoond bertrand ruusslls conception of this value.
